The courses at ICSI are entirely taught in English. We welcome citizens of the world to study professional courses and obtain a degree in Taiwan. We understand that you are willing to travel across the Seven Seas because of your desire to engage in in-depth dialogue about Chinese culture in Taiwan. The Bible states, "At this time, the whole world spoke one language, and everyone used the same words." That was how people could work together to build the Tower of Babel. But no second Tower of Babel was created because people could no longer communicate with each other, and language began to differentiate. The underlying significance of the myth of language differentiation is that our ancestors deeply regretted their inability to understand one another.

While language is inherently a tool of communication, it has additional functions. Effective discourse in the English language allows scholars from across the world to discover Taiwan, while the Chinese language allows Taiwan to leave an enduring impression on scholars.
