須符合下列規定之一：
(1)具備國內外大專校院碩士以上學位，並具有教育部對外華語教學能力證書。
(2)具備國內外華語文教學相關系所碩士以上學位。
(3)具備國內外中國語文學、臺灣文學或語言相關系所碩士以上學位，並於國內外大學對外華語教學師資培訓班修習一百二十個小時以上之課程，獲有證書。
